Edwardian house refurbishment  – Claygate

Consultation, detailed plans and structural calculations were all produced by Mode, prior to works commencing.

The internal walls between the original dining room and kitchen were removed, creating a large and light filled family kitchen-diner. The downstairs cloakroom was increased in size to incorporate a shower, washing machine and boiler. Keeping noise intrusion to a minumum and away from the main living area. A first and second floor side extension were added, creating a larger entrance hall and a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. Full rewiring, plumbing and redecorating completed the project.
