“ What really impressed me about Mode, was that they gave a very realistic time scale and quote for the work and were happy to show me around other properties they had worked on and give me personal references. They also always turned up and left when they said they would and someone senior was on site at all times to answer any questions as well as being available on the phone out of hours.

I would strongly recommend moving out whilst works are going on if possible as it’s very disruptive, but I know that the whole Mode team worked as cleanly and quietly as possible and cleared up after themselves every day. They were very open to my design ideas as well as suggesting things themselves, which was helpful.

We now have a stunning kitchen which we are very proud of and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mode to anyone.”
