House refurbishment – New Malden

This project involved the complete refurbishment of the whole house, adding a two storey side extension, allowing the addition of an
en-suite shower room to master bedroom, relocation of the family bathroom from ground to the first floor, downstairs cloakroom, utility room and study. The entire roof structure was removed and replaced, incorporating two additional bedrooms. Particular care and attention was taken to preserve the original character of the house.

On top of all that I have to say that the project management stood out as first class. Everything seemed to happen on time, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. We are very grateful for the hard work you put in to enable us to re-occupy the house as soon as possible and for the savings that you managed to find in the budget.

As you know we were not around for some of the build, but I can't tell you how many positive comments we received from our neighbours about the way in which you carried out your work and the consideration and courtesy you showed. And you really went out of your way to accommodate us as a family and showed a lot of flexibility and understanding in the weeks where we were all on site.
